It was a charming small hotel in an exceptional area, so close to a local restaurant and all the attractions Zermatt has to offer and the railway station. We stayed in the a double room, it was unique and the bed was good.
Even though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were very inexperienced.

The breakfast here is really impressive and yummy, and you can't beat the location - it's super close to the town center, restaurants, grocery stores, and even the railway station! the rooms are quite fancy, the beds are comfy. 🌟

The loft we stayed in was really fancy and had a great view of the impressive Matterhorn 🏔. the location was awesome, super convenient being just a 5-minute walk from the downtown area.

Loved the comfy chalet-style room, with an amazing balcony view of the mountains. The bed was super cozy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The free movie at the basement and the cool spa that appeals to your 7 senses were a unique and complementary touch. Also, the organic theme of the breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The breakfast buffet could use a bigger variety of options. Some staff members could be a bit more friendly, but still helpful nonetheless.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to all amenities, lifts, bars, and the town. The rooms are creatively designed and the spa is one of the most engaging and relaxing I have ever seen. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of breakfast choices with an abundance of fruits and drinks.
The lack of privacy in the toilets due to the unique room design is a major drawback.

The hotel's location is ideal, just off the main shopping street and a couple of small blocks away from the train station. They even provided a free taxi back to the train station. Additionally, it is conveniently located near a tasty restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel offers great facilities, such as a spa area.
The power points in the hotel are different from regular European power points, requiring a converter. Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of converters during our stay, causing inconvenience.
